9- Darfur 2030: Cross-Cutting Programmes (البرامج العابرة للقطاعات)

Mustafa Bosh then presents the Safe Return and Sustainable Reintegration Programme, which promotes voluntary and safe return through security assessments, the resolution of land and property disputes, and integrated services and livelihood support for returnees and host communities. He also introduces the Digital Community Resilience and Digital Peace Programme, which addresses hate speech, disinformation, and digital conflict through monitoring and fact-checking networks, digital early-warning mechanisms, peace journalism, and media literacy. Together, these programmes aim to strengthen youth participation, support sustainable return, and build resilience against emerging drivers of conflict.
